Vantex,S.A. de C.V. its the result of the international strategy of two companies signing a Joint venture for its creation : Ureblock, S.A. de C.V., a polyurethane foam producer located in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico and Paolo Corazzi Firbre S.R.L. of Cremona , Italy an abrasive fiber producer.

Vantex is dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of non chemicals cleaning goods based mainly of abrasive fiber and polyurethane foam.

On march 17th of 1997, Vantex S.A. de C.V. was established as a company and started its corporations on July the 12th 97in order to accomplish the above target.
